Shipping Policy At Noice Card House, every order is packed with care and shipped with a collector-first approach. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when applicable. Shipping Rates $0.00–$19.99: $5.00 $20.00–$199.99: $10.00 $200.00 and up: $15.00 Orders valued at $200 or more may require signature confirmation upon delivery for added protection. Shipping insurance may be added on qualifying orders at the discretion of Noice Card House to help protect higher-value shipments. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Noice Card House is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Condition & Listing Accuracy
Noice Card House makes every effort to photograph and describe items as accurately as possible.
Buyers should review listing photos carefully before purchasing. Listing photos are considered part of the item description.
For raw cards, minor differences in personal opinion regarding condition do not automatically qualify an item for return. If a buyer believes an item is materially different from the listing, supporting evidence must be provided for review.
For graded cards and slabs, buyers are purchasing the item in its graded and encapsulated condition as shown. Noice Card House is not responsible for disagreements with a third-party grading company’s assigned grade.
Returns & Refunds
Noice Card House is built on clear listings, honest presentation, and a reliable buying experience.
Slabs
Graded cards and slabs may be returned within 3 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and returned items must be received in the same condition they were sent.
Raw Cards (Singles)
All raw card sales are final unless: the wrong item was sent, or the item arrives with shipping-related damage that is properly documented within the required reporting window
Sealed Product
All sealed product sales are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Refund Process
If a return is approved, refunds will be issued only after the item has been returned and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Noice Card House.

Failure to provide supporting photos may delay or prevent claim review. Carrier Issues
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, Noice Card House may assist with carrier or insurance claims where applicable, but final resolution may depend on the carrier’s process and the documentation provided. Noice Card House is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping provider.
